1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the JetAds website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

JetAds provides website design, development, and local SEO services for businesses. Our services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Website redesign and optimisation
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Ongoing website maintenance and support

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in GBP for UK clients and USD for US clients unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for projects that exceed the original scope.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service:

• Website Projects: 50% deposit required to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before launch
• Monthly Services: Billed monthly in advance by direct debit or invoice
• One-time Services: Payment due upon completion or as agreed in the proposal

Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Project Timelines

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. These estimates assume timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by client response times may extend the project timeline. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Supply content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they have rights to use any materials provided to us
• Maintain appropriate access credentials and backups

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and custom code created specifically for their project. JetAds retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or templates used in the creation process. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Revisions and Changes

Our website packages include two rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions or changes to approved work may incur additional charges. Significant scope changes may require a revised quotation.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Refunds for monthly services will be provided on a pro-rata basis for unused time

10. Limitation of Liability

JetAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. This obligation continues after the termination of our business relationship.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
